Creation Fees
Creation Fee include the time and talent of Krystal Klear Photography during unlimited in-person creative exploratory consultations before your session to stylize every last detail, your personalized session, an in-person reveal and ordering consultation after your session, and an online gallery to share with family and friends. Artwork and digital images are not included with the Creation Fee. They are purchased separately for additional fees.
Family, Children and Couples

Newborn

Albums, Wall Art & Gifts
During your initial consultation, we will discuss what your perfect collection looks like and how we will preserve your memories with the many timeless heirlooms I offer. Maybe a handcrafted fine art album is perfect for you or you would love to hang your artwork around your home with a signature wallart piece. There are many momento gifts, print boxes and digital bundles available as well. We will discuss all options available and tailor your collection to your wants and needs during your initial consultation, as well as at your reveal and ordering consultation.
Digital Image Bundles
Printing your artwork is so important, but if you feel it is not for you, there are digital image bundles available. Digital images will be sent via online gallery for you to download.

Gift Certificates
You are able to purchase gift certificates directly through my website. Gift certificates can be used towards any of my sessions creation fees, completing the perfect collection or to purchase albums, wallart and gifts. Custom gift certificates are also available so you can build your own collection instead of purchasing a set denomination.
Terms & Conditions
At time of booking a portrait session, a non-refundable creation fee is due in full. Portrait sessions require full payment of any wall-art or albums, at the time of your reveal & ordering consultation, after your session. Weddings require a minimum 25% non-refundable retainer fee, due in full at time of booking. The remaining wedding balance is due one week prior to your wedding date.
Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, e-transfer (karmitage@krystalklearphotography.ca) or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Please note a $50 NSF fee will apply for any returned cheques, bounced e-transfers or insufficient credit card payments.
All pricing includes travel up to 50kms round trip ~ over 50kms is $1.50/km.
All prices include HST.
